Chicken Tikka Pizza..

Ingredients:
1. 1 cup chicken tikka cubes
2. Pizza Dough
3. 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
4. 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
5. 1/4 cup onion rings
6. 1/4 cup capsicum
7. 1/4 cup tomatoes

Pizza Sauce:
1. 3 tablespoon oil
2. 1 cup tomato puree
3. 1/2 teaspoon salt
4. 1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves
5. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
6. 1/4 teaspoon sugar
7. 1 tablespoon vinegar
8. 3 cloves garlic

Method:
Preheat oven at 180C.
First make tomato puree by heating oil and saute garlic, Now add tomato puree in it and add all the ingredients of PIZZA SAUCE in it and cook for 10 to 15 minutes until it is thicken..
Now spread that pizza sauce on dough and then put chicken on that and then add cheddar cheese and after that spread mozzarella cheese on it and then at the end put the toppings of vegetables and olives on i. Bake it for 20 to 25 minutes...

Chicken Jalfrezi..

Ingredients:


1. 2 cups Boneless chicken 
2. 2 Tomatoes 
3. 1 Onion 
4. 1 teaspoon Ginger paste 
6. 3 Green chillies 
7. 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 
8. 1 teaspoon Black pepper – 1tsp
9. 1 teaspoon Salt or according to taste
10. 1/3 cup Oil 11. 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
12. 1/2 cup capsicum

Method:

Cut all the vegetables and chicken in cubes, Put oil in a pan, In that oil saute onions, add ginger paste and the chicken, fry until the chicken turns white or light goldenish, add red chilli powder, salt and black pepper and mix well and fry for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, green chillies, capsicum, and ketchup and fry for 3 more minute and add ¼ cup of water, cook till the tomatoes are tender and serve hot with rice or naan..

New York Coleslaw..

INGREDIENTS:

1. 1 cup Carrot
2. 1 cup Cabbage
3. 1/2 cup capsicum
4. 1/ cup onion
5. 6-7 olives
6. 1/4 cup cucumber
7. 1 tablespoon raisins
8. 1 tablespoon cashew nuts
9. 1 tablespoon vinegar
10. 1 tablespoon soy-sauce
11. 1/2 teaspoon Chinese salt
12. 1 teaspoon salt
13. 1/2 teaspoon black-pepper
14. 1 cup mayonnaise

METHOD:

In a bowl add all the ingredients, mix it well and serve the delicious recipe..Its very popular in new york.

Zinger Burger


MARINATION OF CHICKEN:
1. 1/2 kg Chicken flay(bonless)
2. 1 teaspoon mustard powder
3. 1 teaspoon salt
4. 1 teaspoon chiniese salt
5. 1 tablespoon vinegar
6. 1 tablespoon soy sauce







FOR BATTER:
1. 1 Egg
2. 2 tablespoon floor(maida)
3. 2 tablespoon rice floor
4. 2 tablespoon cornflour
5. 1 teaspoon baking powder
6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
7. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

COATING INGREDIENTS:
1. 1 cup Chips
2. 1 cup Cornflakes
3. 1 cup BreadCrumbs

OTHERS:
1. Slice of cheese
2. 1cup mayyoniese
3. Bun

METHOD:

First marinate chicken in all ingredients in MARINATION OF CHICKEN, and put that for 5 to 6 hours or as you desired, Also mix all the ingredients FOR BATTER and put that aside, mix all ingredients in COATING INGREDIENTS, don't make them in powder form, but slightly grind them ..
First dip the marinated chicken in the batter then coat that in coating and deep fry it in  pan, take it out. Cut the bun into two pieces, spread mayonnaise on one side, put chicken, and cheese on other side and cover that with the other part of bun..Enjoy with ketchup..!!!

Spicy Potato Chat..

This is a very special appetizer, Young people would probably enjoy this..

Ingredients:
1. 1/4 kg potatoes
2. 2 lemons
3. 1 medium size onion
4. 3-4 green chillies
5. 1 teaspoon salt
6. 1 teaspoon red chillie
7. 1 tablespoon oil
8. 1/4th cup imli paste

Method:
First boil potatoes and cut into small cube shape,  put oil in a frying pan put boiled potatoes and all the ingredients in it except lemon, cook it for 10 minutes and then take off the fire, and add lemon in it. Serve it hot or cold, in any case it looks simply yummy, specially asians who like spicy food..So Enjoy...!!

Malai Kofta(Vegetarian kofta)

This is a special dish for vegetarians, It has veggie balls with creamy sauce. Kids, young people, everyone can enjoy it. Here is its recipe

Ingredients:
For Kofta:
1. 200 gm Potatoes
2. 200 gm Cheese
3. 1 egg
4. 2 tablespoon flour
5. 2 tablespoon coriender
6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
7. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
8. 1 teaspoon green chillies
9. 2 tablespoon flour for coating

Gravy:
10. 1 large onion
11. 1/2 cup yougurt
12. 1/4 cup cream
13. 1/2 cup Milk
14. Salt According to taste
15. Red pepper according to taste
16. 1/4 cup Cooking Oil

Method:
Boil potatoes and then mash them, put all the ingredients of Kofta in it except egg and flour in it and mix it well, then put a coat of egg and flour in it and deep fry it in a frying pan.
Then Heat 1/4th cup of oil and put onion in it, fry it until it is golden brown, Take them out and grind them, add cream, yogurt, and Mix it well and also add spices in it, then add milk and Kofta in it. Fry it for 10 minutes and put 1 cup of water in it, cook it for 10 minutes. Take it out in a serving dish and decorate it with coriander and tomato..and Enjoy..!!

Fried Chicken Bread..

Ingredients:
1. 1/2 kg Minced meat (Chicken)
2. 1 egg
3. 1/4 cup of small elbow macaroni
4. 10 slices of bread
5. Salt according to taste
6. Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
7. 1/4 teaspoon Chinese salt
8. 1 tablespoon of cornflour
9. 1/2 cup Capsicum
10. Oil for frying

Methods:
Mix chicken , salt, pepper, capsicum , Chinese salt, cornflour, macaroni and mix it well, then take a slice of bread and put a layer of mixture and coat it with egg. Heat the oil and shallow fry in it. Then take it out and eat it with potato chips..and enjoy..!!
