Spicy Potato Chat..

This is a very special appetizer, Young people would probably enjoy this..

Ingredients:
1. 1/4 kg potatoes
2. 2 lemons
3. 1 medium size onion
4. 3-4 green chillies
5. 1 teaspoon salt
6. 1 teaspoon red chillie
7. 1 tablespoon oil
8. 1/4th cup imli paste

Method:
First boil potatoes and cut into small cube shape,  put oil in a frying pan put boiled potatoes and all the ingredients in it except lemon, cook it for 10 minutes and then take off the fire, and add lemon in it. Serve it hot or cold, in any case it looks simply yummy, specially asians who like spicy food..So Enjoy...!!

Malai Kofta(Vegetarian kofta)

This is a special dish for vegetarians, It has veggie balls with creamy sauce. Kids, young people, everyone can enjoy it. Here is its recipe

Ingredients:
For Kofta:
1. 200 gm Potatoes
2. 200 gm Cheese
3. 1 egg
4. 2 tablespoon flour
5. 2 tablespoon coriender
6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
7. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
8. 1 teaspoon green chillies
9. 2 tablespoon flour for coating

Gravy:
10. 1 large onion
11. 1/2 cup yougurt
12. 1/4 cup cream
13. 1/2 cup Milk
14. Salt According to taste
15. Red pepper according to taste
16. 1/4 cup Cooking Oil

Method:
Boil potatoes and then mash them, put all the ingredients of Kofta in it except egg and flour in it and mix it well, then put a coat of egg and flour in it and deep fry it in a frying pan.
Then Heat 1/4th cup of oil and put onion in it, fry it until it is golden brown, Take them out and grind them, add cream, yogurt, and Mix it well and also add spices in it, then add milk and Kofta in it. Fry it for 10 minutes and put 1 cup of water in it, cook it for 10 minutes. Take it out in a serving dish and decorate it with coriander and tomato..and Enjoy..!!

Fried Chicken Bread..

Ingredients:
1. 1/2 kg Minced meat (Chicken)
2. 1 egg
3. 1/4 cup of small elbow macaroni
4. 10 slices of bread
5. Salt according to taste
6. Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
7. 1/4 teaspoon Chinese salt
8. 1 tablespoon of cornflour
9. 1/2 cup Capsicum
10. Oil for frying

Methods:
Mix chicken , salt, pepper, capsicum , Chinese salt, cornflour, macaroni and mix it well, then take a slice of bread and put a layer of mixture and coat it with egg. Heat the oil and shallow fry in it. Then take it out and eat it with potato chips..and enjoy..!!

Pink Tea(Kashmiri Chae)

Ingredients:
1. 4 tablespoon of  Green Tea leaves
2. 4 Cardamons
3. 16 cups of water
4. 1 teaspoon Baking soda
5. 2 cups of chilled water
6. Milk
7. Condensed milk
8. Sugar according to taste
9. Nuts (Almonds, Pistachio)

Method:

Put water on heat, add tea leaves in it and let it boil for half an hour then put half teaspoon of soda in it and add 1 cup of chilled water in it from some height, then beat it with deep spoon for 10 minutes, then let it cook again on low heat, after 30 minutes put remaining half teaspoon of soda again, and chilled water in it and let it beat again. Then cover it again and let it cook for 10 minutes, then put that aside.
Add 3 cups of milk in a separate saucepan, add 1 cardamon in it, and let it boil for few minutes, then add 1 cup of kashmiri tea that we made earlier in that and again let it cook, now put sugar in it according to your taste.
Take it out in a cup, add condensed milk and nuts in it and enjoy a great tea.

Fruit Custard(Trifle)

Ingredients:

1. 1 1/2 litres Milk
2. 5 tablespoon custard powder
3. 7 tablespoon sugar
4. Cardamon powder 1/2 teaspoon
5. 1 Mango cut into cubes
6. 2 Apples cut into cubes(cook them on low heat for 8-10 min)
7. Plain cake
8. Grapes
9. 1 cup Fresh Cream
10. A packet of jelly
11. Cherries
12. Pineapple


Method:
Cook milk on medium heat and cook it well until 1 liter of milk remains, Now at that time add sugar and cardamon powder in that, Now take a cup of cold milk and put custard powder in that, mix it well and then slowly slowly put that mixture in boiling milk, but make sure that you are continuously stirring while pouring that mixture, and the flame is also low,  otherwise lumps will form, Now after 10 minutes take it out from heat and put it aside for cooling..
When it is cooled enough, take a serving dish put plain cake over that and then put a layer of custard on it, then again put fruits on it and plain cake then put a layer of cream on that and put layer of custard on that, again put cake and fruits and again a layer of custard, Now at the top decorate it with cream and jelly and with cherries...And put it in fridge to chill, A yummy fruit trifle is ready, Enjoy it

Malpua Dessert..

Ingredients:

1. 1 cup flour
2. 2 bananas
3. 2 1/2 cup milk
4. 1 teaspoon fennel(saunf)
5. 1 1/2 cup sugar
6. 5 tablespoon ghee/butter
7. oil for deep frying
8. 1 cup water

Method:

In a bowl. take flour and add saunf in it, then mash bananas in a bowl and put it in flour then add milk in it.
Now for sugar syrup add water and sugar and let it boil in medium heat. Also heat the oil in deep pan, when it is hot enough put the batter in it with spoon, and let it be of Golden color, then remove it and immediately put it in sugar syrup and take it out after 1 minute. You can sprinkle icing sugar on it, enjoy it with tea.

PineApple and Rice..

This is a very common food in Malaysia and liked alot by people...

Ingredients:
1. 1 tin pineapple(12 ounces)
2. 2 cups Rice
3. 2 1/2 bowl crushed coconut
4. 8 to 10 bowls water
5. 2 tablespoon lemon juice
6. 4 to 5 tablespoon sugar
7. 2 1/2 bowl cream
8. 1 tablespoon oil/ghee

Method:
Boil rice in water, when they are boiled remove the excess water, Then add crushed coconut in it and also add 1/2 tin pineapple 1 inch pieces in rice, Now add lemon juice and sugar in it. Now take a big pan, put a tablespoon of oil or ghee in it and then put rice in that, Now sprinkle the 1/2 remaining tin in rice and also fresh smooth cream on rice, Now cover them for 10 minutes, and serve them hot and enjoy...

Onion French Soup

This recipe is very healthy and delicious and is very common in France..

Ingredients:

1. 1/2 kg onion
2. Butter 4 ounces
3. Mutton 6 ounces
4. Salt according to taste
5. Black pepper according to taste
6. 12 bread slices
7. 6 ounces cottage cheese
8. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
8. 1 tablespoon vinegar

Method:

Chop onion, Put butter in a pan and heat it for 5 minutes then add onion in it, heat it until it is goldenish color, Now add mutton and fry it for 10 to 15 minutes, also put salt, pepper and add 10 cups of water, cook that on low heat..After approx 30 to 45 minutes check it, add vinegar and soysauce in it.
Heat bread and put cheese on the bread slice.
Put soup in 12 bowls and then put each bread slice with cheese in each bowl...Soup is ready..

Fish Soup

This is one of the healthiest soup, very popular in Bangladesh..

Ingredients:

1. 1 kg Fish
2. 2 tablespoon oil
3. 1 cup Coconut milk
4. 1 medium sized onion
5. 3 to 4 cloves of garlic
6. 1 inch ginger
7. 3 tablespoon lemon juice
8. 4 cups Water
9. 1 teaspoon salt
10. 1 teaspoon black pepper
11. 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce

Method:

Cut fish into small cubes, chop onion, ginger and garlic then put oil in pan and heat it for 5 minutes, After that put onion, garlic, ginger and let them fry for few seconds, After that put water in it, when water comes to boil add fish in it, When the water stock remains half in the pain then add salt, black pepper, soy sauce, lemon, coconut milk and let it cook again. Now again cook for 15 minutes. When you see that almost the fish is cooked, Take soup out in a bowl and serve it with rice or as you like

Carrot Halwa

This is a very healthy recipe specially in winters, it can be enjoyed after food or at evening you can enjoy this yummy desserts...

Ingredients:

1. 1 kg Carrots
2. 1/2 cup butter
3. 1/2 kg sugar
4. 1 kg milk
5. 1/4 kg khoya
6. 1/2 cup pistacheo
7. 1/2 cup almonds

Method:
Put butter in a pan and also put carrots in it, fry it for 15 to 20 minutes, then add milk in it and let it cook on medium heat.. Stir it continuously until all the milk is dried, kepp on stiring it untl the oil comes over the halwa . Now put pistachio and almonds and khoya in it...Serve it hot

PanCakes

This is a very delicious and easy recipe of pancakes, in pancake you can use fillings of vegetables, or minced meat or just you can eat this with honey..

Ingredients:
For Batter:
1. 2 tablespoon white floor
2. 1/2 tablespoon cornflour
3. 1/2 teaspoon White pepper
4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
5. 1/4 teaspoon Chinese salt
6. 1/2 cup Milk
7. 2 tablespoon Water

For Filling:
1. 1/2 cup cabbage
2. 1/2 cup carrot
3. 1/4 cup capsicum
4. 2 tablespoon spring onion
5. 1/2 cup boiled chicken
6. 1 tablespoon vinegar
7. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
8. 1/2 teaspoon salt
9. 1 teaspoon black pepper
10. Pinch of Chinese Salt 
11. 1/2 egg
12. 1/2 cup milk


Method:

For vegetables mixture put 1 tablespoon of oil in pan and add vegetables, boiled chicken and salt and pepper, Chinese salt, vinegar, soy sauce and cook it for a while..Firstly mix flour, corn flour, half egg, salt, black pepper, 1/2 egg and 1/2 cup milk and mix it well, if it is thick then add 2 or 3 tablespoon of water in it..Take a pan, put 2 tablespoon of oil in it, heat the oil and put a large spoon full of batter in oil and spread it, cook it on medium heat..
Now put the fillings in pan cakes, and roll them or fold them, and heat for a while again..
Your tasty pan cakes are ready...Serve them hot..

Baked Cheesy Chicken

This recipe is just yummy and just a treat for cheese lovers...Easy to make and will loved by all family members i hope...So just do try it...

Ingredients:

1. 2 cups chicken
2. 1 cup spring onions
3. 1 cup capsicum
4. 1 cup corn
5. 1 egg
6. 2 cups milk
7. 3 tablespoon butter
8. 1/2 teaspoon or according to taste salt
9. 1/2 or 1 teaspoon white pepper
10. 2 tablespoon cheese
11. 1/2 cup bread crumbs

Method:

Firstly boil the chicken and cut them into small cubes..After that mix egg, milk, 2 tablespoon butter, salt and pepper and mix them all well in a bowl until they make a smooth paste..
Now put 1 tablespoon of butter in frying pan and fry corn until its soft then add capsicum and fry it for 5 minutes...
Preheat the oven and take a baking tray, Greece it with some oil, now put a layer of chicken in it, then a layer of cheese and then layer of sauce...then again put layer of chicken, cheese and sauce...At the end put a layer of breadcrumbs on that and bake them for 10 to 15 minutes...Serve hot.

Potato Balls

This is the Recipe which is quite easy, and interesting to make...
Ingredients:

1. 1/4 kg potatoes
2. 1 small onion
3. 1 tablespoon green coriander
4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
5. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
6. 1/4 teaspoon Chinese salt
7. 1 packet cheese
8. 1 egg
9. 1 cup breadcrumbs

Method:

Boil potatoes until they are soft enough, mash them with fork, until it become a smooth paste...Cut the onion like the same we cut for the omelet..Put coriender, salt, chiniese salt, blackpepper in onions and put all the mixture in potatoes and mix it well untill it combines well...You can even use your hands to combine it..Now take 1 tablespoon from the paste, make them flat in hands...Put 1 tablespoon cheese inside those flat mashed potatoes and then roll that so that it takes the shape of ball...
Now coat that ball with egg and then with breadcrumbs...Heat the oil in frying pan...And then deep fry those balls until they are golden brown color..

Home made Mayonnaise

We can make fresh and delicious mayonnaise at home with all the fresh ingredients..It is used in a lot of salads, sandwiches, pastas...So here comes the recipe

Ingredients:
1. 1 cup cooking oil
2. 1 tablespoon/teaspoon sugar
3. 1/4 teaspoon salt
4. 1 pinch of mustard powder
5. 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
6. 1 tablespoon lemon
7. 1 tablespoon white vinegar
8. 1 egg

Method:
Put all the ingredients in blender and 1/4 cup oil...Then start the blender...keep the blender on and from upper part after 2 min put some more oil approx 2 tablespoon, then keep on blending for 1 min, then again but some oil while the blender is on...keep on doing this process until the oil is finished and the mixture in the blender is thick like mayonnaise...Take it out for use or you can preserve it in fridge for approx 3 to 4 days..

Russian Salad

A very delicious salad make by different vegetables and fruits is eaten world wide and loved by everyone. Its quite easy to make and has very simple recipe...The mayonnaise i use in the salad is made at home...I'l tell you some other day how to make home made Mayonnaise...
 
Ingredients:
1. 1 cup mayoniese
2. 1/2 cup cabbage
3. 1/2 cup apple
4. 1/4 cup Raisins
5. 1/4 cup Walnuts
6. 1/4 cup almonds
7. 1/4 cup boiled carrots
8. 1 tablespoon grinded sugar...(As their is sugar in home made mayonnaise)

Method:
Just mix all the vegetables, fruits and nuts...Now put mayonnaise in all the mixture...Mix them thoroughly..Put sugar in that and mix again...Then serve it in a serving dish and enjoy it..

Apple Crisp..

Its an amazing recipe...Here is the method for that to cook..

Ingredients:
1. 6 Apples
2. 1/2 cup butter
3. 1 cup flour
4. 1/2 cup white sugar
5. 1/2 cup brown sugar
6. 1 cup quick cooking oat
7. 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Method:
Preheat oven at 300 degrees...Peel and Cut the apples in fine slices, then put them in a baking tray...After that in a bowl mix butter, flour, white and brown sugar and oats... After mixing sprinkle them on the apples so that they cover the apple pieces...Sprinkle cinanom powder on that and put in in oven until it is in golden colour..
Take it out after it is done and eat it hot or cold according to your taste...

Chicken Chowmin

This is a very special dish specially for the chinnise people and all over the world it is liked...The recipie of chowmin is as follows

Ingredients:
1. Egg Noodles 1 packet
2. 1 cup Julian cut boneless chicken
3. 1 cup Julian cut capsicum
4. 1 cup Julian cut carrot
5. 1/2 cup Julian cut cauliflower
6. 1/4 cup cubes cut onion
7. 2 cloves cut garlic
8. Salt according to taste
9. Black pepper according to taste
9. 4 tablespoon Oil
10. 1 teaspoon Chinese salt
11. 1/4 cup green onion
12. 2 tablespoon vinegar
13. 2 tablespoon say sauce

Method:

Boil egg noodles for 10 min by putting 1 teaspoon salt in water..then drain the water and put noodles aside..Then put 4 tablespoon oil in pan, add garlic and then add chicken and cook chicken for 5 minutes then add all the vegetables in it...also put onion in that...after 8 to 10 min put soy sauce and vinegar, salt, pepper and Chinese salt in that...if u want to add egg boiled/fried put in that...and at the end add noddles in the vegetables...fry all these for approx 5 minutes...Then take all this out in a serving dish...enjoy with ketchup..

Caramel Apple balls

This is a very delicious and easy to cook dessert... Children as well as elders enjoys it a lot...

Ingredients:

1. 2 big Apples
2. 1 pack Merrie Biscuits
3. 6 Chopsticks
4. 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
5. 1/2 cup corn syrup
6. 2 cups cream
7. 2 cups sugar

Methods:

Cut the apples into small pieces and boil them in its own water, then crush it with spoon so that it becomes smooth paste...Now take it out in a bowl and put biscuits in it..Mix it well..N put it aside..
Add the cream, sugar, butter and corn syrup in a saucepan and boil over medium heat for 10 minutes and keep aside for cooling and stir it continuously...
Make medium balls from apples mixture and put sticks in to them, and dip each apple into the caramel and using a spoon to cover all sides. As you finish each apple balls, set them on the greased baking sheet. then chill them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set the caramel...
After that roll in chopped peanuts, chopped walnuts or crushed toffee..And enjoy it...

Cream of Chiken Soup..

This is a very tasty soup made with Chicken, mashroom and cream is also an important ingredient in it, people use to enjoy it in winters...

Ingredients:

1. 1 1/2 cup Chicken
2. 7 cup chicken stock
3. 2 tablespoon onion
4. 1 tablespoon ginger
5. 1/4 cup carrot
6. 1 teaspoon garlic
7. 1 teaspoon sugar
8. 2 tablespoon cream
9. 3 tablespoon cornflour
10. 2 tablespoon butter
11. 1 teaspoon salt
12. 1 teaspoon black pepper
13. 8 to 10 sliced mushrooms

Method:

Heat butter and fry chicken,take out the chicken when it has golden color...Now put 1/4 cup chopped carrots, chopped ginger, garlic and cook it...After 15 minutes put chicken stock in that..when it has 4 to 5 boils strain it...And again cook for 10 minutes after that put mashrooms in that...add sugar, salt, pepper, cream and chicken in that..Cook for  5 minutes...The yummy soup is ready...Serve it hot...

Crispy Chiken Garlic

This is very tasty appetizer, crispy and delicious...Here is the recipe for that..

Ingredients:

1. 6 Chicken Breast pieces
2. Garlic 1 clove
3. 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
4. 1 egg
5. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
6. 3 tablespoon White Vinegar
7. 2 tablespoon Butter
6. 1/2 tablespoon Salt
7. 1 teaspoon Oregano Powder
8. 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
9. 3 tablespoon Bread Crumbs
10. 2 tablespoon flour
11. Oil for frying

Method:

First of all flat the chicken breast pieces..Then blend clove, vinegar, lemon, butter, salt, black pepper, Soy Sauce...Put the crumbs in a separate plate..Beat egg and put it in separate bowl, Put flour in a separate bowl..
Now coat the chicken with mixture, then give it a coat of flour, then egg and at the end coat it with bread crumbs...Heat the oil in a frying pan, and deep fry the chicken...This is a tremendous food and children, all the family members would like it...

Crispy French Fries (Potato Chips)

What we make at home are soggy potato chips, oily and doesn't taste nice so here is the recipe for crispy french fries...

Ingredients:

1. 2 Potatoes
2. Flour 2 tablespoon
3. Breadcrumbs 1 1/2 tablespoon
4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
5. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
6. Oil for deep frying

Method:

Wash, peel and cut the potatoes in the shape of french fries,boil it for 2 minutes then keep it in cold water for 5 minutes... Mix flour, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper in a bowl...Now mix it well with the potatoes...Heat oil in a frying pan and put the potatoes in it, cook them until they have Golden brown color...Serve hot with ketchup or chutney...

Banana Cake

This is the recipe of banana cake which is very simple and delicious..You can serve it with tea in afternoon

Ingredients:

1. 3 1/2 cup flour
2. 2 cups of Sugar
3. 4 Eggs
4. 3 Bananas
5. 1 cup/150 grams Butter
6. 1/2 cup Milk
6. 3 teaspoon baking powder
7. Vanilla Essence few drops
8. 1/2 cup Walnuts/Almonds

Method:
Mix the floor and baking powder..Put butter in a bowl and beat it well with the electrical beater, add brown sugar in it and then keep on beating it, now add 1 by 1 egg in it and beat it well till all the batter become smooth creamy mixture..Now put slowly the mixed flour in it and keep beating it in a very slow speed of beater..If it seems thick put small quantity of milk in it so that it is a smooth batter..Blend the banana and less than 1/2 cup milk in a blender and put that in the smooth batter and again mix it well..Then take a pan, grease it and put the batter in that pan..Put in oven for 35 to 45 min on 180 degree temperature..
Serve the cake with tea..

Strawberry Muffins..

These muffins are very tasty and very cute little cuppy cakes..They have special pans for them in which we bake the muffins...

Ingredients:
1. 2 cups Flour
2. 2 eggs
3. 1/2 cup butter/oil
4. 2 teaspoon baking soda
5. 1 cup milk
6. 1 cup grinded sugar
7. Pinch of salt

Method:
Mix the floor, baking powder and a pinch of salt well, In a separate bowl beat the butter and put sugar in it beat it well with the electrical beater until all it becomes a smooth paste...
Beat eggs in a separate bowl and put slowly and gradually the floor mixture n it..Mix it with a very slow speed of beater then add the butter mixture in it and mix it well..combine all these things...Put strawberry essence in it and also put finely cut slices of strawberry in it..
Take a muffin pan and grease it with oil..Fill each cup half with the batter and put it in over at 350 degree for about 20 minutes..
Take them out, You can serve them hot or as you want...

PineApple Cake..

This is delicious pineapple cake which is easy to make and can be preserved in fridge for approximate a week...


Ingredients:
1. 3/4 Cup floor
2. 1 Cup sugar
3. 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
4. 4 Eggs
5. 3 drops of Vanilla Essense
6. 1 packet of Cream
7. 1 tin Pineapple
5. PineApple juice 1 cup
6. 2 tablespoon sugar

Method:
Take a bowl and mix floor, sugar and baking powder well..Then seperate the egg yokes from egg whites..First beat egg whites and when they are stiff..put one by one egg yokes in them and keep on beating..
Then stop beater andbring a flat spoon..With the help of another spoon put the mixed floor slowly and keep on mixing the batter in one direction means if u are moving the spoon in counter clockwise always move it in counter clockwise....
Preheat the oven to and put the batter in the pan..Put it in oven on 175 degrees for approx 30 minutes...

Meanwhile beat the chilled cream with 2 tablespoon of sugar...Take the cake out when it cool down, cut it in 2 halves, take the first half...put some pineapple juice on that, some pineapple slices and some beated crem on it, then put the other half on the first half, repeat the same step...Apply cream smmothly on it...Decorate it with pineapple and cherries...
Put it in fridge and after 5 to 6 hours serve it chilled...
