Zinger Burger


MARINATION OF CHICKEN:
1. 1/2 kg Chicken flay(bonless)
2. 1 teaspoon mustard powder
3. 1 teaspoon salt
4. 1 teaspoon chiniese salt
5. 1 tablespoon vinegar
6. 1 tablespoon soy sauce







FOR BATTER:
1. 1 Egg
2. 2 tablespoon floor(maida)
3. 2 tablespoon rice floor
4. 2 tablespoon cornflour
5. 1 teaspoon baking powder
6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
7. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

COATING INGREDIENTS:
1. 1 cup Chips
2. 1 cup Cornflakes
3. 1 cup BreadCrumbs

OTHERS:
1. Slice of cheese
2. 1cup mayyoniese
3. Bun

METHOD:

First marinate chicken in all ingredients in MARINATION OF CHICKEN, and put that for 5 to 6 hours or as you desired, Also mix all the ingredients FOR BATTER and put that aside, mix all ingredients in COATING INGREDIENTS, don't make them in powder form, but slightly grind them ..
First dip the marinated chicken in the batter then coat that in coating and deep fry it in  pan, take it out. Cut the bun into two pieces, spread mayonnaise on one side, put chicken, and cheese on other side and cover that with the other part of bun..Enjoy with ketchup..!!!
