Caramel Apple balls

This is a very delicious and easy to cook dessert... Children as well as elders enjoys it a lot...

Ingredients:

1. 2 big Apples
2. 1 pack Merrie Biscuits
3. 6 Chopsticks
4. 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
5. 1/2 cup corn syrup
6. 2 cups cream
7. 2 cups sugar

Methods:

Cut the apples into small pieces and boil them in its own water, then crush it with spoon so that it becomes smooth paste...Now take it out in a bowl and put biscuits in it..Mix it well..N put it aside..
Add the cream, sugar, butter and corn syrup in a saucepan and boil over medium heat for 10 minutes and keep aside for cooling and stir it continuously...
Make medium balls from apples mixture and put sticks in to them, and dip each apple into the caramel and using a spoon to cover all sides. As you finish each apple balls, set them on the greased baking sheet. then chill them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set the caramel...
After that roll in chopped peanuts, chopped walnuts or crushed toffee..And enjoy it...
